While in Denver at the Cherry Creek Art Festival, Sharon and I took a trip to the Denver Art Museum to see the paintings by Daniel Sprick. Many people who saw my work at Cherry Creek said it reminded them of Sprick, a Colorado artist, so we had to have a look.
WOW! The Denver Art Museum has a wonderful still life painting by Daniel Sprick. I was very impressed and inspired by the work! I particularly like that there are many small items in the piece, which causes your eye moves around the painting . This is a 14 minute interview with Sprick that is shown at the Museum. Enjoy.
